Senior Vice President of Client Services

Joni brings extensive healthcare revenue cycle experience to her role as Co-Founder of KeyMed Partners, which she helped establish in 2000. She began her career at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and has since worked across hospital and physician billing, accounts receivable management, and revenue cycle operations.

A highly respected industry professional, Joni is actively involved in leading healthcare and compliance organizations, including AAHAM, HFMA, HCCA, HBMA, and AAPC. She is a graduate of Central Penn Business College.

At KeyMed, Joni leads the operational teams responsible for customer service, billing and practice management, insurance verification, and insurance follow-up initiatives. She also serves as Corporate Compliance Officer and oversees benchmarking and performance indicators to support consistent performance and regulatory compliance for clients.

Joni believes KeyMed’s success is driven by strong partnerships and a client-focused approach. This philosophy has resulted in long-standing client relationships, referrals, and testimonials recognizing KeyMed’s reliable service and operational expertise.

With extensive experience managing enterprise client relationships, Eric is known for a consultative, results-driven approach and a strong ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions. He works closely with executive stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and consistent performance against contractual goals.

Revenue Cycle Projects Manager

Angie brings extensive healthcare revenue cycle experience to her role at KeyMed Partners and has been a member of the team for more than six years. She has worked across both hospital and professional billing environments, holding billing and supervisory roles throughout her career.

Known for her client-focused approach and deep knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle, Angie supports clients through complex billing and follow-up challenges in an evolving healthcare landscape. Her work is consistently recognized by clients and peers for responsiveness, accuracy, and reliability.

Angie’s areas of expertise include Medicare and Workers’ Compensation billing and follow-up, credit resolution, home care billing, hospice billing, and skilled nursing facility billing. She works closely with internal teams and clients to support strong financial performance and consistent revenue cycle outcomes.
